    These organizations advance the interest and welfare of the warehousing business and improve industry standards by keeping members informed about trends, technology, and research, as well as providing the latest information on legislation and regulations affecting the logistics industry.     AIM Global
    AIM Inc. is the global trade association for the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) industry.
    Our members are manufacturers or service providers of technologies such as radio frequency identification (RFID), bar code, card technologies (magnetic stripe, smart card, contactless card, optical card), biometrics, and electronic article surveillance (EAS).

    IWLA
    The International Warehouse Logistics Association serves warehouse logistics professionals around the world setting standards, legal frameworks and the best practices for the warehousing logistics industry for over 100 years.

    CALM-Canadian Association of Logistics Management

    CALM is a non-profit organization of business professionals interested in improving their logistics and/or distribution management skills. CALM works in cooperation with the private sector and various organizations to further the understanding and development of the logistics concept.

    CAWDS-Canadian Association of Warehouse and Distribution Services

    CAWDS has recently combined its efforts with AWA to help further the development and understanding of the warehousing and distribution industry.

    CLM-Council of Logistics Management

    CLM is an open organization which offers individual membership to all persons in all business, government, and academic fields. It seeks to involve individuals with the broadest possible backgrounds in its programs and activities, thereby assuring that the organization benefits from and develops the diversity of its members. Membership in the Council of Logistics Management is on an individual basis. The membership belongs to the individual and not to his or her company.

    IARW- International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses
    The IARW was organized with the goal of advancing the interest and welfare of the refrigerated warehousing business, elevating and improving industry standards, and advising members of legislation and regulations affecting their business.

    L&,DSUA-Logistics &, Distribution Software Users Association
    L&,DSUA is a non-profit users group for warehouses using logistics software, including Accuplus®.

    SWA-Southeastern Warehouse Association
    The Southeastern Warehouse Association is a close-knit group of highly professional third-party warehousers looking for ways to improve their competitive position through education and training. The SWA's mission is to promote the general business interest and enhance the professionalism of its members, as well as to elevate the standards of the industry in the southeastern region.

    TRREF-The Refrigeration Research Foundation
    TRREF's purpose is to improve methods of refrigeration for better preservation of food and commodities, develop and support research in the science of refrigeration, cooperate with government and private institutions in research activities, train and educate refrigerated warehouse personnel, and establish and make available a repository of scientific information.

    WERC-Warehousing Education Research Council

    WERC is a professional society of members having an interest in the fields of warehousing and distribution. WERC sponsors an annual conference at which attendees can obtain information on industry trends, find solutions to management challenges, and prepare for the future of the industry through formal presentations and informal networking opportunities.
